Baby Steps

Pregnancy is a special time in a woman's life. She may alternate between joy and fear, wonder and anxiety. It may be difficult to wade through all the information and unsolicited advice about what's best for her and for her baby. During a time when she is most sensitive to input from others, she may be bombarded with conflicting information. Birth is the final transition in the journey from an individual person to Mother, who will forever live with a piece of her heart outside of herself. It is our honor at Baby Steps to offer mothers and fathers the information and tools they need to make the decisions that are best for their families.

Baby Steps offers several types of classes to fit your busy schedule, whatever kind of birth you hope to have. We offer classes all over metro Atlanta, on weeknights and weekends. Our teachers and doulas are available to answer any questions you may have, and you may also meet us at our bi-monthly Pickles & Ice Cream event.
